Zoom or One-Click: How do I start a videoconference session? (Host)

This support article guides account holders on how to start a session they've invited people to.

 

SecureVideo has two different video platforms integrated: Zoom and One-Click.

  • Zoom was/is the default for most accounts on the system, and have great quality in group sessions and challenging network environments. 
  • One-Click was introduced in October 2020 as an easy, no-install solution for a broad range of users.

 

If you are unsure which platform you are using, check the lower left hand corner of your waiting room page to see if the button says "Install Zoom" or "Test One-Click".

 

If you are on a dashboard, and the session shows "One-Click" on the meeting panel or page, then it is a One-Click session.
